Accused who robbed delivery boy arrested

Gurgaon. Sector-40 Crime Branch has arrested an accused in the case of robbery from a food delivery company employee from Sector-53 area. The police have recovered the electric scooter and mobile phone snatched from the accused and have started action. Actually, in the complaint given to the police, Kuldeep, a resident of Mahoba, UP, said that he works in a delivery company. He was returning after delivering food in Sector-52 at around 12.30 pm on Tuesday night.

When he reached Dhani in Wazirabad, three-four youths parked an auto in front of his electric scooter and stopped him and asked him what was in the scooter. Saying this, they snatched away a box of sweets, mobile phone and six thousand rupees kept in his scooter and also his scooter and ran away. The police registered a case on the basis of the complaint and started investigation. Taking action in the case, Sector-40 Crime Branch arrested an accused involved in the crime from village Wazirabad, Gurugram. The accused was identified as Awadhesh, a resident of Shahjahanpur, UP.
