Anil Kumar Yadav took oath as Rajya Sabha member

Hyderabad: Newly elected Rajya Sabha member from Congress Mohd. , Congress leader Mandadi Anil Kumar Yadav took oath of office as a Rajya Sabha member at a ceremony presided over by Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Saturday. Anil Kumar Yadav, son of former Lok Sabha member M. Anjan Kumar Yadav, reached Parliament for the first time.

Anjan Kumar Yadav represented the Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency from Congress twice in 2004 and 2009. Anil Kumar Yadav, president of the Youth Congress from 2015 to 2020, was aspirant for the Secunderabad assembly seat in the recent assembly elections, but was denied the ticket. , Anjan Kumar Yadav contested from Musheerabad but lost to BRS.
Congress’s Anil Kumar Yadav and Renuka Chaudhary as well as BRS’s Vaddiraju Ravichandra were also elected unopposed.
