Car collided with old farmer carrying seeds, died

Pratapgarh. On Monday afternoon, on National Highway 56 near Pratapgarh Suhagpur police station area, an elderly man was going home with seeds for sowing. Meanwhile, the car coming at a high speed hit the old man hard, due to which the old man died on the spot. On information, a large number of people gathered on the spot and took the old man in bleeding condition to the district hospital, where the doctors declared the old man brought dead. The post-mortem of the dead body was done in the presence of police and family members. The police have seized the vehicle and kept it in the police station.

People standing around told that Chokha (75) son of Suhagpura resident, Homji Meena was going towards his home with seeds for sowing from the shop. Then the car coming at a high speed hit the old man hard, due to which the old man got seriously injured and fell on the road. People gathered on the spot called 108 ambulance and took the old man to the district hospital. Police seized the vehicle and made it stand in the police station.
