Fishing banned from today till August 15

Korea. The Assistant Director of Fisheries Department said that like last year, in the year 2023-24 also, fishing will be banned from today till August 15, 2023. Keeping in view the growth of fish in the rainy season, in order to protect them, cage culture is being done in all types of water resources except those ponds and water sources in the state which are not related to river drains. Fisheries work is completely prohibited. Will remain

He told that under rule-3(5) of the Chhattisgarh State Fisheries Act, a provision has been made for imprisonment of one year or a fine of ten thousand rupees or both together, if the offense is proved, for violating the rules.
