Former Indian Pacer Zaheer Khan includes Jasprit Bumrah in his ‘Fab Four’ fast bowlers
Former Indian Pacer Zaheer Khan is considered one of the most successful bowlers in the Indian Cricket. Back in his days, he was well known for his efficient swing bowling and he was even the part of the team that lifted 2011 ICC World Cup. Zaheer in a recent interaction with Cricbuzz has named Indian Pacer Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami as two members of his ‘Fab Four’ bowlers.
The veteran Indian cricketer also mentioned the names of Kagiso Rabada (South Africa), Josh Hazlewood (Australia). Zaheer also added the name of Pat Cummins (Australia) in the list of fab four fast bowlers. Speaking about Bumrah and Shami, Zaheer mentioned that the way these two bowlers have performed in the last couple of years (especially in Test Cricket) in remarkable. He believes that these four or five fast bowlers have really made an impact in Test Cricket through their exceptional bowling.
Jasprit Bumrah is currently playing for India against Bangladesh in the test series. In the first test match Bumrah picked 5 wickets. The fast bowler is also part of the ongoing second test match against Bangladesh in Kanpur.
India won the first test match against Bangladesh by 280 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin was declared ‘Player of the Match’ for his contributing 113 runs and taking 6 wickets.
