Kashmir: The meeting of the G-20 Tourism Working Group is starting in Srinagar from today. Earlier, Chief Coordinator of G-20 Indian Presidency, Harshvardhan Shringla said – Delegates attending this meeting will be able to come here and see what heaven on earth is like.

This meeting of the Tourism Working Group will be held from May 22 to 24. According to a report, the youth of Kashmir are confident that after this meeting, the number of foreign tourists in Kashmir will increase rapidly.

Pakistan and China had a lot of problems with this meeting in Kashmir. Pakistan is not a member of this organization, on the other hand China has refused to participate in this meeting. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto has reached Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) on a three-day visit. Here he will address the people.

Booster dose to local economy

According to the report of the news agency, Pakistan is hatching many conspiracies to disturb this meeting. Despite this the security is on alert. The local administration is confident that the local economy will get a power booster dose through this meeting.

Jammu and Kashmir’s handloom industry, Pashmina shawls and dry fruit business will get a new dimension. More than this is the tourism sector. This is the reason why the Central Government and the local administration worked tirelessly day and night to make this meeting a success.

Guests coming here will also be shown that peace has been restored in the valley and now it is completely safe for tourists coming from every part of the world.

guests will not go to gulmarg

The NIA on Sunday arrested Mohammad Ubaid Malik, an over ground worker of the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. After this, the program to take foreign guests to Gulmarg has been cancelled.

According to the NIA, Ubaid is a resident of Kupwara. He was in constant touch with the Jaish commander sitting in Pakistan. Investigation has revealed that he was sending information about the movement of security forces besides secret information to the Jaish commander.

The G-20 meeting is to be held at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Center from May 22 to May 24. Security has been beefed up in Kashmir amid preparations for the G-20. The convention center in Srinagar and the surrounding area is under 24-hour vigil by the NSG and Marine commandos. The help of police and paramilitary forces is also being taken in security.

China refused to participate in the meeting

China has refused to participate in this G20 meeting. China says it resolutely opposes any kind of G20 meeting in the disputed region. India has objected to this statement of China. Responding to the neighboring country, India said – it is completely free to hold meetings in its territory.

Earlier in March, when the G-20 meeting was held in Arunachal Pradesh. Even then China did not participate in the meeting, then Pakistan supported this boycott of China.
