Human Sagar death: Odisha Police register case, send notices to 3 people.

Odisha: Police have registered a case in connection with the death of Ollywood playback singer Human Sagar.
The Markat Nagar police in Cuttack city, Odisha, registered the case based on a complaint filed by the singer’s mother, Shefali Suna.
The police have registered the case under sections 356 (2), 61 (2) (B), 318 (4), 115 (2), 351 (B), and 305 of the BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita). They have also initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the singer’s death and issued notices to three people.
According to reports, in the first phase, the police have issued notices to the deceased singer’s wife, his manager, and a female friend, asking them to appear for questioning in connection with the case.
In her complaint, Human Sagar’s mother alleged that the singer’s death was suspicious and urged the police to launch an investigation to rule out any foul play.
She demanded an investigation into the possibility of foul play, poisoning or drugging, physical or mental harassment, abetment, conspiracy, criminal negligence, financial motives, and destruction or tampering with evidence, including digital records.
In her complaint, she also named some individuals who were close to the deceased singer and requested the police to question them.
Human Sagar (36) died on November 17 at AIIMS-Bhubaneswar while undergoing treatment for multiple ailments.
