Hyderabad: A man hanged himself during a video call with his pregnant wife

Hyderabad: A man committed suicide while making a video call with his pregnant wife in Uppal.

M. Naresh (28), who worked in the signaling department of Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited, allegedly committed suicide at his home in Saraswati Colony in Uppal due to a dispute with his wife. I was on videocall with his wife Nityashree, who had gone to her parents’ home in Yadadri Bhongir district.

According to the police, Naresh and Nityashree, both residents of the same district, were married a year ago and Nityashree was pregnant. Had gone to his parents’ house a week ago to participate in some ritual. “There are constant discussions between the couple as Nityashree is living with her parents. Besides this, other disputes also arose between them”, the police said.

Disturbed by this, Naresh made a video call to his wife while he was breathing on her neck and hanged himself from the fan while his wife watched him on the phone in a state of shock. On information from Nitayashree’s family, police reached the spot and sent the body to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem.
