The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has introduced Golden Triangle of Odisha tour package that includes destinations like Bhubaneswar, Chilka, Konark and Puri.
The Golden Triangle of Odisha tour contains Puri, the land of Lord Jagannath, which has also one of the best Beaches on the Eastern Coast; Konark – the Sun Temple – a UNESCO world heritage site. Konark Sun Temple is a 13th-century CE Sun temple at Konark about 35 kilometres northeast from Puri city on the coastline in Puri district, Odisha, India.

Tour Itinerary:
Day-1 (9 AM – 8 PM) – Bhubaneswar:
Pick up from Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand. Then transfer to hotel. Later Full day Sightseeing tour visiting Tribal Museum , Khadagiri Udaigiri caves. Time free for lunch (on your own). After lunch visit to famous city temples including Lingaraj(Only Hindus are allowed to enter inside the temple premises, Mukteswar, Brahmeshwar, Rajarani temple. Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.
Early Check In – Standard Check in time is 12 Noon as per Hotel Policy. In case Early check in required, additional payment may be done at Hotel itself. IRCTC has no Role for early check in.
Day-2: (9 AM – 8 PM) Dhauligiri-Raghurajpur-Puri:
Morning after breakfast drive to Puri enroute visit Dhauli Stupa, Pipli (the applique work village) & Raghurajpur (artisan village). On arrival at Puri check in to the hotel. Later visit to Jagannath temple (Only Hindus are allowed to enter inside the temple premises. Drop at the golden beach of Puri. Overnight stay at Puri.
Day-3 (9 AM – 8 PM) Chilika:
Morning after breakfast drive to Chilika lake at Satapada (the largest brackish water lake of Asia and famous for its migratory birds coming from distance places). Take the boat ride to visit the birds island & irawady dolphins. Enroute visit to Alarnath temple. Back to Puri.
Overnight stay at Puri.
Day-4 (9 AM – 8 PM) – Konark – Bhubaneswar:
After breakfast Check out from hotel. After breakfast drive to Konark to visit the Sun temple (one of the world famous heritage site). Enroute visit to Chandrabhaga beach. Later transfer to Bhubaneswar.
Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.
Day 5 (9 AM – 8 PM) Bhubaneswar:
After breakfast check out from Hotel. Proceed to Nandan Kanan Zoological Park, Later visit Regional Museum of Natural History and State Museum. Evening drop at Bhubaneswar Railway Station or Airport.
