Jammu News: 3 arrested in Doda for helping terrorists
Jammu. Jammu: Two days after the Reasi Police arrested a guide who had helped terrorists in the attack on a pilgrim bus, the Doda police has arrested three men who worked as aides of terrorists and were involved in helping the militants behind the June 12 attack in the district.
Doda SSP Javid Iqbal said the three men have been identified as Sadar Wani, Mubashir and Sajjad, residents of Tanta village. Twin attacks took place in Doda on June 11 at Chattargala and June 12 at Kota Top in which seven security force personnel were injured. The SSP said two groups of militants with a total of four members were active in the district and were behind the twin attacks.
The three suspects had provided food and water to the militants and did not inform the police about it. Jammu and Kashmir Police has been finding links and has detained over 60 people in four separate raids in Reasi, Kathua and Doda districts since June 9.
