Make rice tikkis this time not with potatoes, here’s the secret recipe

Method
To make rice tikki, first prepare all the ingredients mentioned above.
Then in a bowl add boiled rice, mashed potatoes, 2 teaspoons all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt as per taste, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 2 Add a spoonful of green coriander, half a cup of peas etc. and mix all the ingredients.
Then add some water to it and prepare the dough for Tikki. Meanwhile, put a pan on the gas to heat it and put the rice in a mixer grinder and grind it coarsely.
When the oil becomes hot, prepare round shaped tikkis from the dough and put them in the oil. Then fry lightly from both the sides and fry the tikkis till they become crisp.
When the tikki becomes crispy, turn off the gas and take it out in a plate. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot with green chutney, curd and sauce.

Material
Rice – 1 cup (boiled)
Potato – 2 (boiled)
Flour – 2 spoons
Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
Green chili – 2 (chopped)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Peas – 1/2 cup (boiled)
Green coriander – 2 teaspoons
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying the tikkis
Method
To make rice tikki, first prepare all the ingredients mentioned above.
Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
Meanwhile, put a pan on the gas to heat it. Also prepare tikkis.
When the oil becomes hot, fry the tikkis till they become crisp.
When the tikki becomes crispy, turn off the gas and serve with sauce.
