On watching Soni Razdan and Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Jawaan’, Shahrukh said, more films will come.
Mumbai (IANS). Superstar Shahrukh Khan has expressed his gratitude to Soni Razdan and her filmmaker husband Mahesh Bhatt for watching their film ‘Jawaan’.
Soni shared a picture with Mahesh on Instagram, in which the couple can be seen sitting in a theater and smiling for a selfie.
Along with the photo, Soni wrote, “I don’t know after how many years we both went on a movie date to watch the film ‘Jawaan’. This is a wonderful film, I am delighted. Shahrukh Khan becomes more amazing with every film. many many congratulations.”
Shahrukh replied to the senior actress in his usual style, “Thank you madam, my regards to sir too. Now I will do more films soon so that you guys can go on such dates often. Love you.”
The action thriller directed by Atlee stars Shah Rukh in a dual role, alongside Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone (in a special appearance), Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra.
It was released in theaters on 7 September and is now the third most successful Bollywood film to be released this year after ‘Pathan’ and ‘Gadar 2’.
Shahrukh’s next film is ‘Dunki’. He will also be seen in a cameo role in ‘Tiger 3’.
Soni was seen in the 2021 comedy drama ‘Sardaar Ka Grandson’ starring Arjun Kapoor, Neena Gupta and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles. Soni played the role of Simmi Kaur Sodhi in the film.
She was also seen in the webseries ‘Call My Agent: Bollywood’. The show stars Aahana Kumra, Ayush Mehra, Rajat Kapoor and others. Sony’s next film ‘Pippa’ is in the pipeline.
