Online safety seminar was organized in Raipur Railway Division regarding safe operation of trains.

Raipur. An online safety seminar was organized by the Safety Department of South East Central Railway Raipur Railway Division with the employees of Operation, Electrical Operation, Signal and Telecommunication, Mechanical and Engineering Department for safe operation of trains. In which the following points were discussed. Precautions to be taken to avoid spad and switching on auto signal in ON position, precautions to be taken during shunting and procedure and precautions to be followed by station master during failure of auto signal between stations, winter precautions and level crossing. Duties of gatekeeper at the gate, action to be taken by driver, train manager and station staff to prevent train parting and other line irregularities, precautions to be taken by station and signal staff during points and signal failure, recent accidents. Analysis and demonstration of fire prevention and use of fire fighting equipment in trains. In this safety seminar, Dr. D.N. A total of 53 people including Vishwaal/Senior Divisional Safety Officer/Raipur, and safety consultants, supervisors, and field employees participated in the safety seminar.
