All Best wishes to.” Before leaving the meditation centre, Kejriwal was felicitated by DDVC Administrator Gautam Lal, who also presented him a series of books. This was the first time that the AAP national convenor practiced Vipassana in Punjab. Recently visited Jaipur, Nagpur, Dharamkot and Bengaluru for this. Vipassana is an ancient Indian method of meditation for self-transformation through self-observation, which focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body. During the meditation retreat, Kejriwal had to follow the Centre’s norms, which included abstaining from using mobile phones, internet, television and newspapers. The strict daily routine started at 4 am and ended at 21:30. A presenter from DDVC said, the food consists of simple food and no food is allowed after noon.
