Smartphones Not Allowed Atop The Three Chariots, Informs SJTA Chief Arabinda Padhee
Puri: The new chief administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) Arabinda Padhee has informed that the sevayats will be banned on the use of the smartphones atop the three chariots of the deities.
The chief administrator Padhee also informed that no photos or selfies will be taken with the holy trinities on their chariots. The Sevayats are not allowed to stand infront of the deities. Will take stern action against those who will violate the rule. Only designated sevayats will be allowed on the chariots. The focus will be on smooth conduct of the rituals.
They will conduct a meeting with the Niyog Committee members and will release soon an SOP regarding the opening of the Ratna bhandar of Puri Srimandir.
Earlier today, IAS Officer Arabinda Padhee took charge as new chief administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA). He replaced Vir Vikram Yadav who was discharging the role of the SJTA chief administrator.
