Singareni Executives Seek Action on Long-Pending Issues

Singareni Executives Association CMOAI Kothagudem Area President, VKOC Project Officer M.V. Narasimha Rao, General Secretary Upender Babu have requested Singareni Company Chairman and Managing Director Buddha Prakash Jyoti to immediately resolve the long-standing problems of executive employees working in Singareni Company. On Saturday, they met the CMD who came to start coal transportation in Singareni Kothagudem Area Venkatesh Khani Open Cast and handed over a petition to this effect. Speaking on the occasion, they said that pay upgradation should be implemented for Singareni executives on par with the executives working in Coal India Limited (CIL). They also demanded immediate payment of Performance Related Pay (PRP) for the years 2022-23 and 2023-24.
Similarly, the benefits like free electricity and IIT/IIM fee reimbursement to the approximately 2,300 executive employees working in Singareni should be applied in the same way as given to NCWA employees. Other benefits like cellphone reimbursement and amendments in TA-DA rules should also be implemented for Singareni executives at the Coal India level. They also appealed for transparency and simple procedures in the disciplinary action process and also to resolve the long-pending promotion issues expeditiously. The CMOAI representatives said that these issues related to Singareni executives have been pending for a long time and the higher authorities of the company should respond immediately and resolve them.
