There is no place for religious differences in Tamil Nadu: Mohammed Abubacker

Tamil Nadu: Indian Union Muslim League State General Secretary K.A.M. Mohammed Abubakar stated that there has never been any room for religious differences in Tamil Nadu.
Speaking at a private event in Vasudevanallur, Tenkasi district, on Monday, he said: The Islamic community has a long history. Islam came to Tamil Nadu approximately 1,400 years ago.
During that time, many people from here migrated to Arab countries for business. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu is implementing several schemes for Muslims. He has announced several welfare schemes for the Ulema.
There is no room for religious differences in Tamil Nadu. The situation here is such that everyone is becoming accustomed to brotherhood. Tamil Nadu is an example of religious harmony. There is no doubt that people will maintain this in the elections as well. He said that the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has always been protective of minorities.
Navasakani MP, Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board, who attended the event, said: There are no funds for Tamil Nadu in the central government’s budget. There is no new scheme. Because of this, the BJP will not win any seats in Tamil Nadu.
The Muslim League will participate in the DMK-led protest on February 12th against the lack of funds for Tamil Nadu in the Union Budget. He said that Tamil Nadu is at the forefront of religious harmony in India.
