While Chandrakala and his son Ganesh Mallanna, who belong to the Rajaka caste, were going to see the darshan of the god, some upper caste people blocked them with caste arrogance and expressed their grief over the death of the baby. Chandrakala, her son Ganesh, daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law were not only beaten up and abused, but also the two-month-old baby was also mercilessly beaten and the people who were responsible for the death of the baby were also severely punished, he said.
