Unreserved special trains will run from Coimbatore and Tambaram to Rameswaram on December 29.
Tamil Nadu: Unreserved special express trains will run from Coimbatore and Tambaram railway stations to Rameswaram via Manamadurai. A press release issued by Southern Railway stated,
The special train (06123) will depart from Coimbatore on Monday, December 29th, at 7:15 pm and arrive in Rameswaram at 3:30 am the next day, December 30th.
According to a notification issued by Southern Railway, on the return journey, the special train (06124) will depart from Rameswaram on Tuesday, December 30th, at 10:15 pm and arrive in Coimbatore at 7:30 am on December 31st.
This train will stop at
Pollachi,
Udumalaipet,
Palani,
Ottanchatra,
Dindigul,
Madurai,
Manamadurai,
Ramanathapuram
It has been reported that the train will stop at these stations.
The special train (06017) will depart from Tambaram railway station at 9 pm on December 29 and arrive at Rameswaram at 6:30 am on the next day, December 30.
According to a notification issued by Southern Railway, on the return journey, the special train (06124) departing from Rameswaram at 9:15 pm on December 30 will arrive at Tambaram at 9 am on December 31.

Melmaruvathur,
Villupuram,
Vriddhachalam,
Tiruchirappalli,
Pudukkottai,
Karaikudi,
