The accused who came out after serving their sentence kidnapped and gang-raped a 10-year-old girl
Bhilwara: Pratap Nagar police station in Bhilwara city of Rajasthan arrested two accused for kidnapping and gangraping a 10-year-old girl. Both these accused Chetan Balai and Kamlesh Balai were serving jail sentence in the rape case, but as soon as they were released on parole, their brutality arose again. After this, they made another 10-year-old girl their victim.
Bhilwara SSP Rajan Dushyant said that in the FIR lodged in Pratap Nagar police station on the intervening night of June 9, it was told that two persons kidnapped a 10-year-old girl sleeping outside with her family and took her away in a car. Its investigation was started by Deputy Superintendent of Police City Ashok Joshi along with ASI Sabir Mohammad and Gopal Lal and Cyber Cell Incharge ASI Ashish Mishra. The police took immediate action and found the girl in a short time. Then took her statement. The police arrested the accused by investigating the CCTV footage around the incident spot, the records of the criminals and the statement of the girl. Both were identified as 32-year-old Chetan Balai and 25-year-old Kamlesh Balai.
Police interrogation revealed that Chetan Balai drives a taxi for a person named Vinod. He reached Bhilwara at 11:00 pm on June 8, where he met Kamlesh in Nanakpura. After this, both of them drank alcohol and then roamed around in the car. At 4:00 am, they picked up a 10-year-old girl sleeping outside with her family in Pratap Nagar police station area. After this, they raped her.
Police said that after the arrest of the accused, the case was presented before the court. The accused were presented before the court. It was also informed in the court that the accused Chetan was serving a sentence of 10 years of rigorous imprisonment on the charge of rape. He was released on bail some time ago. The second accused Kamlesh is also serving a sentence on the charge of murder and rape, but due to good conduct, he was first shifted to Hanumangarh open jail. He was released on parole for 20 days and both these devils made a 10 year old innocent girl their victim. The court has now sent both of them to judicial custody. After this the court will hear the case again.
