We are waiving off the loans of farmers, Modi did the same for industrialists: Rahul Gandhi
Rajnandgaon: Former All India Congress Committee President Rahul Gandhi addressed the election meeting of Congress held in the Assembly. During this, Congress candidates from 5 assembly constituencies including Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel were present on the stage.
Congress organized a huge election meeting in Rajnandgaon Assembly to break the assembly of former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh and form the government again in the state. Former All India Congress Committee President and MP Rahul Gandhi arrived to address this election meeting. While addressing this election meeting, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that if the Congress government comes to power in the state, the outstanding 2 years bonus of the BJP rule will be given to the farmers. He said that we are waiving off the loans of the farmers and Modi is sitting at the center. The government has waived off Rs 14.5 lakh for industrialists.
While addressing this election meeting, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that we had promised the people of Chhattisgarh to waive off the loans of farmers. Which has been completed. We had promised to buy paddy for Rs 2500 per quintal, we have gone beyond that and purchased paddy. He said that in the coming time we will take this number to 3 thousand. Rahul Gandhi said that farmers and laborers have benefited from Kisan Nyay Yojana. If the government comes back to power in the state, instead of Rs 7 thousand, the laborers will give Rs 10 thousand to the farmers. There has been a historic change in the field of farming here. Accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party, he said that BJP is privatizing schools and hospitals. Regarding the need for caste census, Rahul Gandhi during his speech said that 90 IAS people run the government of India, these people make plans and take decisions. There should be equal participation of tribal Dalit officers among these officers also. Therefore there is a need for caste census. Under the health insurance scheme, it has been promised to increase the amount from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
