Young man attacked passenger with knife
Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): A train journey turned into extreme drama for many passengers in a running Ajmer-Bandra train when two groups got into an intense fight over a minor issue.
It didn’t take long for this small debate to turn into an intense dispute between the two groups, which instantly amused many people. On reaching Ratlam station on Wednesday, the dispute turned into a bloody conflict and the youth were attacked with sharp objects.
According to the information, Aslam Mario (22) of Surat boarded the train from Ajmer on Tuesday along with his companions Sadiq, Imtiaz and Iqbal. Similarly, Sunny, Irrfan, Adil and Mohammad Hamza boarded the train from Ajmer. By the time they reached Ratlam, the argument between the two groups turned into a fierce fight. Aslam was attacked with a sharp object and got injured.
On receiving the information, GRP reached the coach and took him to the district hospital. He was given first treatment in the district hospital. Police station in-charge RBS Kushwaha said that a case has been registered against both the parties under relevant sections of the IPC. The victim Aslam returned to Surat with his companions after getting first aid. Further investigation is underway. Most pointed to the deteriorating management of the railways, while others found the incident ridiculous.
