Devil teacher used to do obscene acts with girls, absconded as soon as FIR was registered
Unnao (Uttar Pradesh): A surprising case has come to light from Unnao in UP. A teacher of a composite school has committed obscene acts with small girls. 20 girl students made allegations against the teacher. After this, the school cook filed a case against the teacher in the police station. On the other hand, this matter has reached the National Children Commission. After which the Commission took statements from the girls.
This case pertains to a council school in Sikandarpur Sarosi block of Kotwali area. Where the girls accused a school teacher of doing obscene acts. After which the head teacher Rajesh Kumar was suspended by the in-charge BSA. The teacher has been attached to Upper Primary School, Judapurwa. At the same time, investigation has been handed over to BEO Bighapur, Bichhiya and Miyaganj. On the other hand, the head teacher has been absconding since the report was filed. On getting information about the case, Central Child Rights Protection Commission member Preeti Bhardwaj and State Child Rights Protection Commission member Shyam Tripathi reached the school on Saturday and recorded the statements of the entire staff along with the girl students.
About 20 girl students of the school had accused the teacher of obscene behavior and bad touch. Earlier, when the complaint about the matter was made in the BSA office, the in-charge BSA had handed over the investigation to Miyaganj and Safipur BEO. On the complaint of the cooks, late on Saturday night, the police registered a report against the teacher under the POCSO Act and started investigation. In-charge BSA Devendra said that on the instructions of DM Apoorva Dubey, the teacher has been suspended and a three-member team has been formed for investigation. Further action will be decided after the investigation report.
