Businessman robbed in broad daylight in Raipur
Raipur. A businessman from Madhya Pradesh has been robbed at Bhatagaon bus stand in the capital Raipur. The miscreants took the businessman to a deserted area of the bus stand in broad daylight and beat him up. Then they fled with 90 thousand cash, mobile and purse kept with him. Before escaping, the miscreants also threatened him that if he goes to the police, they will implicate him in a ganja case and send him to jail. This entire matter is of Tikrapara police station area.
At present, Tikrapara police station is avoiding giving details regarding the incident on the pretext of inquiry and investigation in this case. But according to media reports, the businessman was going from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh to Jabalpur. For this he reached Raipur. From here he had to catch a bus to Jhansi and then from Jhansi to Jabalpur. The businessman reached the bus stand at 8 am. He was inquiring about the bus to go to Jhansi.
It is being told that the businessman had an argument with some people regarding the bus ticket. They wanted to forcibly sell the tickets at a higher price. After this dispute, some miscreants surrounded the businessman and took him to a deserted place and beat him up badly. During this time, the businessman kept pleading for help but there was no policeman present nearby.
