Coforge allotted 83,005 equity shares under Employee Stock Option Plan
New Delhi: Coforge Limited on Saturday announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 83,005 equity shares of face value of Rs 29,000 on December 29, 2023. The company announced through an exchange filing that it will receive Rs 10 each on exercise of options under the company’s Employee Stock Option Plan. Will be given.
The company has received a total share application amount of Rs 8,30,050 based on the said allotment.
As a result of the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to 61,752,442 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 10 each. 6,17,524,420. This allocation has been made to the company’s CEO and Executive Director Sudhir Singh.
“We are in the process of completing other formalities in relation to the issuance and listing of the said shares and will shortly file the necessary documents with the exchange to obtain listing and trading approval,” the company said in the filing.
