Hyderabad: Trainee soldiers participating in the passing out parade
Hyderabad: After successfully completing nine months of basic induction training, 549 stipendiary cadet trainee police constables participated in the passing out parade held at TGSP 1st Battalion in Yousufguda on Friday. Telangana DGP Dr Jitender Reddy inspected the parade. The cadets included those with engineering graduates, postgraduates, graduates and intermediate qualifications.
The cadets were trained in indoor and outdoor courses which are part of the induction programme curriculum, officials said. They were also given special training in self-defence tactics, Telangana Police online application, forensic science, etc. The cadets underwent training on various subjects including Indian criminal law, investigation aspects, intelligence gathering, internal security and cyber crime.
