‘Jihadi government’ ruling Karnataka: State BJP president Kateel
Dakshina Kannada (IANS). Karnataka BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel alleged that Jihadi elements have raised their ugly head in the state after the Congress government came to power in the state.
“There is doubt whether the Congress government is ruling the state or a ‘Jihadi government’,” he said.
Speaking to reporters after participating in an agitation launched by Muslim girl students condemning the filming of Hindu girls in a Udupi college toilet and demanding a comprehensive probe, Kateel said that after Siddaramaiah became the CM, Hindus in the state have The antitrust policy has come into force.
He said, “Siddaramaiah government is releasing terrorists associated with PFI. Hence, CM Siddaramaiah has become an anti-national and pro-terrorist CM. There is anarchy in the state. The government has failed to maintain law and order in the state. Only Not only the CM, but the Home Minister has also failed. The Home Minister is calling it child’s play. The Udupi incident is not an isolated incident, but it has happened six to seven times. The police department is hush-hush.”
Kateel told that the Siddaramaiah government does not have the courage to send the video makers to jail. “It doesn’t even have the courage to send murderers to jail. But, this is a government that can send an activist, a nationalist to jail. People in the state are getting scared,” he said.
Kateel said, “The Congress government is not able to arrest the anti-nationals who raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans after the Congress won the elections in Belagavi, Uttara Kannada districts. If Siddaramaiah has the capacity, he should be arrested.” Or give a statement agreeing that they are party workers.
Former minister and BJP MLC Kota Srinivasa Pujari ridiculed that CM Siddaramaiah wears caps of all colours, but refuses to wear the saffron cap. “Everyone is equal in the Siddaramaiah government, but the Udupi files for Hindus is not an isolated incident, it has been happening on a regular basis. The chief minister and the home minister should get it probed,” he said.
Pujari said, “The home minister has called it a joke. We have doubts on the government. The government is supporting terrorism. There is no guarantee that a girl who steps outside her residence will live under Congress rule.” Will return home at the end of the day.
