The case regarding assets disproportionate to known sources of income, filed against Minister Anita R. Radhakrishnan, her family, and her siblings, is currently being heard in the Thoothukudi District Court. With the examination of the prosecution witnesses now complete, the trial has reached its final stage. In this context, the case came up for hearing on Tuesday. On that occasion, apart from two of the Minister’s three sons—Ananthapadmanabhan and Anantharamakrishnan—no other individuals involved in the case were present. Consequently, District Judge Vasanthi presided over the proceedings and adjourned the hearing until April 1.
