Miryalaguda: Man, woman found dead on railway track

Nalgonda: A man and a woman were found dead on the railway tracks in a suspected case of suicide at Milestone 115 near Miryalaguda railway station in the district early Sunday.

The bodies of a man and a woman aged between 25 and 30 were seen by neighbors and informed the police. Railway police found a mobile phone without a SIM card near the dead bodies. According to the train tickets found near the bodies, it is suspected that they had reached Miryalaguda from Vijayawada by Janmabhoomi Express train on Saturday.

According to the Railway Police, the male victim had the name “Ram Lakshmamma” tattooed on his hand. Both have not been identified yet. The bodies were taken to the mortuary of Miryalaguda Area Hospital for post-mortem.
