Gehlot reached AAP candidate Pappu Qureshi’s house in Jaipur

In Hawamahal assembly constituency, Congress played a big gamble and secured the support of Aam Aadmi Party candidate Pappu Qureshi. Qureshi was angry with Congress for a long time and was a constant attacker on regional issues. Qureshi was having a rift with regional MLA and minister Mahesh Joshi. Due to this protest, Pappu Qureshi had joined Aam Aadmi Party a few days ago.

AAP had also given ticket to Qureshi from Hawamahal. Due to Qureshi’s entry into the electoral fray, Congress was considered weak on this seat, seeing which Chief Minister Gehlot himself reached Qureshi’s house. Reached Qureshi’s office and explained. A delegation of Pappu Qureshi held talks with the Chief Minister and discussed issues of the region. Just 10 minutes later Pappu Qureshi supported Congress. Chief Minister said- This is the first demand letter of this election, I will fulfill it as soon as the government is formed.
