‘Indi’ alliance is the need of the hour: Thal. Thirumavalavan
Tamil Nadu: Lok Sabha member and VKC leader Thol Thirumavalavan said that the ‘Indi’ alliance is the most important thing at this time to save the country and its people from the right-wing.
He told reporters in Ariyalur on Wednesday: “Senior leaders at the national level will decide who will lead, coordinate, or lead the ‘Indi’ alliance. There is nothing to comment on.”
The ‘Indi’ alliance is the need of the hour. It must come together. The ‘Indi’ alliance is very, very important to save the country and its people from the right-wing.
Therefore, he said, senior leaders will decide who will lead, coordinate, or lead from the front.
Earlier, he told reporters at Trichy airport: Congress and the VVIP DMK are in the alliance. There is no doubt about it. The DMK alliance is strong.
Congress’s demand for a share in the government will be decided in talks. The demand will not break the alliance. There’s nothing wrong with demanding a share of power. The Chief Minister has stated that sharing power in Tamil Nadu politics is not right. The Chief Minister will explain why this is wrong.
Like us, the Congress doesn’t need to take a stand. We are clear.
We will raise our demands in the talks, Thirumavalavan said.
