Jaleswar SI arrested on charges of cheating after promising marriage to woman

Jaleswar: An SI has been arrested on charges of cheating a woman in Jaleswar block of Balasore district in Odisha. The Sub inspector had allegedly promised to marry a woman but refused later.

According to reports, the SI had a physical relationship with the woman and later refused to marry her. The SI has been identified as Vijay Sahu. He was posted at the Balipal police station in Balasore district.

The woman filed a complaint with the police and later the SI was arrested. Further detailed reports awaited in this regard.
