The public is helpless, the officers are silent

Raipur. The public understands everything…a similar development work is being done in the capital to embezzle lakhs of rupees. Actually, road widening work is going on from Bhatagaon to Chandni Chowk.
The efficiency of the contractor has to be praised, one day asphalting is done and on the second and third day it is dug up to make a divider.

People say make a divider and then asphalt it. It is not so that no one can see, there is a Municipal Corporation office in the bus terminal in front.
